Mai Hu Na Charitable Trust invites passionate students and young individuals to participate in its Youth Fellowship & Internship Programme, designed to provide meaningful exposure to grassroots community development, education initiatives, women empowerment programmes, and rural social impact projects. Interns are expected to work closely with communities, schools, volunteers, educators, and Trust representatives in remote and underserved areas, especially within Zila Parishad school ecosystems. This programme is intended to nurture socially responsible future leaders through practical field experience, research, documentation, and community engagement.
1. About the Programme
The Youth Fellowship & Internship Programme offers:
• Real field exposure in rural and semi-rural educational environments
• Hands-on learning in NGO operations and community engagement
• Opportunities to contribute to educational and social development initiatives

4. Internship Duration

As participants may work with school children and vulnerable communities, all interns and fellows are expected to:

• Respect confidentiality and privacy
• Ensure ethical and responsible community interaction
The Trust maintains a zero-tolerance approach toward inappropriate conduct.
